Yoga. Meditation. VibeAsana™

Group classes combine breathing, stretching, and relaxation. Practicing Yoga reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, improves heart function and helps to calm the mind, body, and spirit. At OM3 Yoga we incorporate Asana (physical movement), Pranayama (breathing practices), Meditation and VibeAsana™ (WBV).
