Welcome to OM3 Yoga in Scottsdale!

Tucked into South Scottsdale, OM3 is the boutique yoga studio our clients have lovingly nicknamed "the speakeasy of yoga" — a little hard to find the first time, absolutely worth it.


Inside, you'll discover an intimate space where movement, breath, vibration, and stillness come together — and every person is known by name. Classes welcome all levels, from first-timers to lifelong practitioners.  Suite 116 at 6730 E McDowell Rd. Worth every wrong turn.

Yoga is more than movement — it's a complete practice for the mind, body, and spirit. At OM3, every class weaves together the core elements of a traditional yoga practice: Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and relaxation.


The benefits are well-documented and wide-ranging: reduced stress, lower blood pressure, improved heart function, greater flexibility, strength, balance, and postural alignment. Just as importantly, a consistent practice cultivates mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and a deeper sense of inner calm.
