Lara Rosenberg is the owner of OM3 Yoga, LLC. She is a passionate practitioner who blends Eastern-Western and Ancient-Modern healing practices to foster a profound connection within oneself. With a focus on helping people overcome perceived limitations and transforming them into possibilities, Lara has been immersed in the disciplines of yoga and meditation for over 25 years. She specializes in yoga therapy, trauma-informed yoga, meditation, iRest® Yoga Nidra, somatic release movement, and various other healing techniques. Notably, Lara is the creator of VibeAsana™, an innovative approach to embodiment.
Lara's journey into yoga began in the early 1990s as part of her personal healing path. After moving to Arizona, she delved into the fields of addictive disorders, trauma, and behavioral health, all while cultivating a dedicated yoga practice. It was during her yoga teacher training in 2001 that Lara recognized the intrinsic connection between yoga and therapeutic practices. In 2005, while working with an NGO in post-tsunami Sri Lanka and Southern India, she witnessed firsthand how yoga could unite people in times of trauma. In 2006, Lara deepened her study of therapeutic yoga under the guidance of Asana Andiappan in India. Since then, her journey has been characterized by continuous self-study and exploration, encompassing yoga, Eastern wisdom, meditation, sound healing, and behavioral health. Through this process, Lara has discovered how the integration of mindful movement, conscious breathing, and mental stillness cultivates profound presence—a unique experience that manifests differently for each individual and in every moment.
Lara identifies herself as an eternal seeker, driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and understanding. She consistently expands her studies across diverse cultures and traditions, seeking out the common threads that weave through ancient wisdom. During a visit to Mexico in 2007, Lara encountered a place called Teotihuacan, which ignited a sense of mystery and curiosity within her. This prompted her to explore the Toltec teachings inherited from the lineage of Don Miguel Ruiz, leading her to frequent visits to Teotihuacan starting in 2010. Lara cherishes the opportunity to travel and expose others to the profound wisdom found in unfamiliar cultures.
Certified as an International Association Yoga Therapist and a Registered Yoga Alliance 500hr Yoga Teacher, Lara is also a Warrior Goddess Facilitator, an apprentice of HeatherAsh Amara, a Sundoor Firewalk Instructor, and a member of the Global Firewalk Association. With extensive experience as a local presenter and an international speaker in countries such as the Czech Republic, Greece, Mexico, and Sri Lanka, Lara has led transformative retreats in diverse locations, including Arizona, Mexico, Costa Rica, India, and forthcoming in Guatemala in 2023.
