What is VibeASANA™?

Practiced on whole-body vibration platforms at 30 Hz, VibeAsana™ amplifies every posture — deepening muscle activation, improving circulation, and resetting the nervous system. Lara pioneered this practice at OM3 over 10 years ago, and it’s still one of a kind in the Valley.

OM3 was one of the first studios in the country to integrate whole body vibration (WBV) into yoga practice — and we've been doing it for over a decade. What we've trademarked as VibeAsana™ is now woven into many of our classes, offering something you simply won't find anywhere else in the Scottsdale area.


We combine WBV, yoga, stretching, weights and core work - that is VibeAsana™..

ViBeASANA™

Our platforms operate at 30 Hz — 30 vibrations per second — the frequency range most studied for therapeutic and performance benefits. The vibration works on the whole body simultaneously, amplifying the effects of every pose, breath, and movement.


What the research shows — health benefits of WBV at 30 Hz

  • Muscle strength — Studies show significant gains in knee extensor strength and peak concentric torque after 8 weeks at 30 Hz — outperforming higher frequencies in some trials.
  • Bone density — Regular WBV practice is linked to improved bone mineral density, especially relevant for aging bodies and those managing osteoporosis risk.
  • Circulation — Just 5 minutes of 30 Hz vibration produces measurable increases in skin blood flow, supporting cardiovascular health and tissue oxygenation.
  • Reduced inflammation — Research at 30 Hz frequency shows significant shifts linked to inflammation reduction and improved metabolic health.
  • Balance & coordination — WBV engages stabilizing muscles and proprioceptive systems, improving balance and neuromuscular coordination across all age groups.
